Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA

  • Shipping options of Australia Post standard post (FREE) and express post ($25) for customers within Australia.
  • Orders placed by 2pm AEST weekdays are dispatched same day (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after that cutoff will be dispatched next business day.
  • Shipments are fully trackable, with signature on delivery.
  • Please note we do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
  • We highly recommend that you take out shipping protection at checkout for $14.95, which covers your shipment against loss, damage or theft.
 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

  • Shipping to all international countries is $100 with the exception of New Zealand which is $50
  • Orders placed by 2pm AEST weekdays are dispatched same day. Orders placed after that cutoff will be dispatched next business day.
  • Shipments are fully trackable, shipped via express international post with signature on delivery. 
  • International buyers are responsible for any import taxes or charges from their country.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns except in the unlikely event of a product being found inauthentic. Our returns procedure for a bag/wallet is strictly that you must request the return by emailing us at enquiries@pursepeace.com.au and ship the return in accordance with our return instructions given, before 5pm on the final day of the returns period.

Postage and insurance costs are not refunded for returns.
