Here at Purse Peace, we understand the importance of trust. Shopping for preloved luxury items isn't easy. The reselling industry is plagued by sellers of counterfeit luxury handbags, so it is essential that our experts are skilled in the art of authentication.

We stand by our authenticators and the authenticity of each item we sell by offering a Lifetime Return Policy if any item we sell is found to be non-authentic. 

In the unlikely event an item is found to be inauthentic by a reputable third-party authentication service, we will issue a full refund. To be eligible, you must provide official documentation confirming the item is not genuine. This guarantee is separate from our all-sales-final policy. 

We offer an extensive authentication process:

  • We source our bags exclusively from a reputable seller in Japan where there are strict laws and regulations prohibiting counterfeit sales.
  • In-house authentication. 
  • Authentication through a reputable third-party.
