Refund policy

Due to the secondhand nature of our products we do not accept returns for change if mind, and all goods are sold as is. All sales are final sale.

In the unlikely event that your bag is found to be counterfeit by a reputable Authenticator you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price including any shipping or duties paid. To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@pursepeace.com.au

Damages and condition 

All secondhand and vintage products are sold as is. Please pay attention to the item description and photos for the condition of the bag. 

Refunds

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
